RENTAL TRAILER REQUEST FORM
- All renters must provide a credit card, valid driver's license, and current proof of insurance
- Dump Trailer rentals require at least a 3/4 ton vehicle with a brake controller installed and in working order
- 7x16 Enclosed and 10K Car Hauler rentals require a vehicle with a brake controller installed and in working order
- We reserve the right to refuse service or rental to any customer
Rentals will be denied if the towing vehicle does not meet I39 Supply's towing standards - Customer's are 100% liable for any damage to rental trailer
- Rental trailers are not to leave a 300 mile radius of I39 Supply unless discussed with and approved by I39 Supply before rental occurs
- There will be a $25.00 minimum charge for improvements/repairs to a customer's vehicle to ensure the vehicle meets I39 Supply towing standards
- Early return of rental trailers will not warrant any sort of refund from I39 Supply
